Fees

Whenever possible we want you to be sure about the fee, we will not charge you before any work commences. For some matters (such as conveyancing, wills and LPAs) we charge a fixed fee but for other matters we charge an hourly rate. 

The nature and complexities of any legal matter are always unique to each particular client.  Therefore it is essential that you contact us to discuss the potential fees and disbursements that can charged so that we can tailor these to meet your needs and circumstances. 

When you instruct us, all fees and charges will be confirmed in writing with you by the person who is handling your case along with details of the work which is carried out on your behalf.

This firm is registered for Vat, which will apply for all professional fees charged by us.

It may be necessary to incur disbursements (case related expenses) on your matter. However, these costs are unique to each case. Where these are to be incurred, they will be explained to you and agreed with you before hand 

For litigation based matters where we charge for the time taken, the following hourly rates apply (these are in accordance with the rates set by the County Court, and are reviewed each year):
